Paul Higgins

VP of Construction

Paul, a native of Ireland, joined PEC in 2022 as a Project Executive, becoming Vice President of the Commercial Electrical Construction group in 2024. Paul is responsible for overseeing large complex electrical projects from design, construction, financial management and commissioning. Other responsibilities include team leadership, project risk analysis, and client relationship.  Paul holds a degree in project management from GMIT in Ireland and has over 20 years’ experience working on some of the largest commercial electrical projects in Boston.
