PEC service crews are on call 24/7, servicing customers with single or multiple sites, across several states.

The PEC service team works closely with individual and multi-location facility and property managers, as well as large-scale, national third-party service and maintenance providers to minimize service disruptions through carefully managed MROs (maintenance, repair and overhaul). In events resulting from emergency power failures, regular scheduled electrical installations and repairs, or multi-location roll out projects, our dedicated and friendly team of service technicians are at the ready for problem identification, reliable advice and quick remedial action. PEC provides rapid response to special situations; however, be advised that preventative maintenance combined with timely, technically appropriate contingency response is the best way to ensure the continuity of your day-to-day operations. Flexibility and adaptability are key to our service model. PEC provides off hour work and overnight crews which help us manage the impact, by minimizing worksite down time and lessening the impact to your employees. PEC works closely with utility companies on incentive programs, including LED lighting retrofits or upgrades. We have leaned into the substantial growth in Electrical Vehicle charging station installations as they expand in the existing facilities of our customers.
