Bob joined PEC in the Spring of 2011, after working with another electrical contractor for 29 years.  During that time, Bob demonstrated his skills with projects small and large, in addition to project estimation and management.  Since Bob joined PEC, he has been a driving force for our CT field division, working on a variety of projects including academics and schools, multi-family residential, big box retail, grocery stores and warehousing and distribution. Bob is a mentor and coach, who develops new associates, while making sure to continuously learn and grow himself.  He is part of the lean core team and field development team, which are significant strategic initiatives that drive PEC’s continuous improvement.
