Chuck Joined PEC in 2020 at the height of the COVID-19 pandemic.  In his role he has steered the HR function and the company through some of our most challenging days with the pandemic.  Chuck came to PEC with experience in public, private equity, various industries and small to large size companies including Lowe’s Home Improvement and Nike Inc.  Chuck supports Human Resources and Facilities for PEC and has been working in the human resources industry for 16 years. Chuck serves as a Gallup-Certified Strength Coach, developing leaders and teams within the organization.
