Darleen Scully

Director of Benefits & Compliance

Darleen joined PEC in July 2008 following a thirteen-year tenure with another electrical contractor. She began her career at PEC as the Human Resource/Payroll Manager and has since advanced to her current role as the Director of Benefits & Compliance. In this role, she oversees all benefit-related programs for the company and manages the Payroll department.

Throughout her time at PEC, Darleen has played a key role in multiple software conversions, including implementing new data-collection systems for timecards and transitioning payroll from an outsourced model to an in-house operation. Her leadership and expertise have been instrumental in strengthening PEC’s internal processes and supporting the company’s workforce.
