Dena Cross

HR and Engagement Manager

Dena joined PEC in January 2008 after an eight year tenure with another electrical contractor .  She initially joined the team as the Field Operations Administrator and assisted with many different operational tasks.  She currently supports Human Resources as the HR Engagement Manager.  She assists and maintains all field and corporate licensing for all associates and the PEC in-house apprentice program.  Dena has participated in many different strategic teams over her years with PEC and is currently a member of the lean core team and the field development team.
