Service & Maintenance
PEC service crews are on call 24/7, servicing customers with single or multiple sites, across several states.
The PEC service team works closely with individual and multi-location facility and property managers, as well as large scale, national third-party service and maintenance providers to minimize service disruptions through carefully managed MROs (maintenance, repair and overhaul). In events resulting from emergency power failures, regular scheduled electrical installations and repairs, or multi- location roll out projects, our dedicated and friendly team of service technicians are at the ready for problem identification, reliable advice and quick remedial action. PEC provides rapid response to special situations; however, be advised that preventative maintenance combined with timely, technically appropriate contingency response, is the best way to ensure the continuity of your day-to-day operations. Flexibility and adaptability are key to our service model. PEC also provides off hour work and overnight crews which help us to manage the impact, by minimizing worksite down time and lessening the impact to your employees. PEC works closely with utility companies on incentive programs, including LED lighting retrofits or upgrades. We have leaned into the substantial growth in Electrical Vehicle charging station installations as they expand in the existing facilities of our customers. We partner with your key vendors and IT management to ensure your networks are fully certified, reliable and operating 24/7. For our academic and health clients we regularly wire the voice and data networks within schools, colleges, hospitals, and assisted living facilities. On a larger scale we provide comprehensive power and communications cabling for stadiums and office parks. We are also experienced in industrial applications, including data networks for power generation and other industrial facilities. Our estimators and installers are System X and RCDD certified and our testing equipment and protocols are state-of-the-art. Network refurbishment – among the most challenging of assignments – is a PEC specialty.
