Pat Bavis

Director, Field Operations

Pat joined PEC in 2007 and is the Director of Field Operations.  In this role, Pat takes ownership of making certain that PEC puts the most qualified foremen and electricians on the project to meet the needs of our customers.  Pat brings a deep experience of 39 years in the electrical industry building large commercial projects all over New England.  Pat is also our lead instructor at our own in-house, state board-certified apprentice school.  Pat takes pride and ownership of mentoring all apprentices within the organization, and follows their journey’s  as they become licensed electricians.
