STEVE BEALS

Vice President of Operations

As Vice President of Operations for Professional Electrical Contractors of CT, Inc., Steve Beals is responsible for overseeing all aspects of PEC operations. Steve joined PEC in 2013,  bringing with him  more than 30 years of industry experience with 20 of those years in leadership roles in predominately fast-track projects.

Prior to his current role, Steve held a role as Regional Vice President at one of the nation’s Top 50 commercial electrical contractors, where he oversaw administrative and operational aspects of multimillion-dollar projects involving: design-build, pre-construction services, estimating and project management.

At the center of Steve’s focus is continued development of PEC’s trademarked Lean Construction processes and procedures that deliver efficient and effective methods of work production that drive down costs for PEC clients.
